Philip Scott Andrews

Born and raised outside Washington D.C., Philip has interned for Roll Call Newspaper, the Free-Lance Star and the Associated Press. He has completed freelance assignments of protests, shuttle launches and forest fires for publications including the New York Times and Getty Images. He has won five College Photographer of the Year awards, a first place award in the Hearst Journalism Competition and was named Kentucky Student Photographer of the year two years in a row. Last year he received the $10,000 Nikon Scholarship for Best Student Work while attending the Eddie Adams Workshop.

Danny Ghitis

Danny Ghitis is a New York-based freelance photographer. Born in Cali, Colombia, he and his middle-class Jewish family emigrated to the Midwestern U.S. when he was four. By age 10, his family had moved eight different times, and eventually settled in South Florida where he spent his formative years. After graduating 2006 with a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Florida he interned at the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, and the St. Petersburg Times. He has been recognized by the Hearst Photojournalism Championship, College Photographer of the Year, and the National Press Photographers Association.

Tim Hussin

Tim Hussin graduated from the University of Florida in 2008. While in college he interned at the Rocky Mountain News, Deseret News, Monroe Evening News and The Gainesville Sun.Tim was named the 2008 College Photographer of the Year by the Missouri School of Journalism and the National Press Photographers Association. He has been recognized in various competitions, including the Hearst Journalism Awards Program. He recently completed an internship with MediaStorm in New York City, and currently lives in Washington, D.C. for an internship with National Geographic.

Rush Jagoe

Rush Jagoe is a Kentucky born New Orleans based editorial photographer. Rush recently rode his bicycle from San Francisco, CA to Charleston, SC documenting the human landscape across the continent. He is currently interested in stories that explore the Gulf Coast and its unique roots and history of migration and displacement.

Noah Rabinowitz

Noah Rabinowitz is a recent graduate of Ohio University’s School of Visual Communication. He has interned with The Denver Post, The White House (with both the Bush and Obama Administration), The Concord Monitor and The Free Lance-Star. His images have been recognized by College Photographer of the Year, The Atlanta Photojournalism Seminar, and the Ohio News Photographer’s Association. Noah also contributed to a multimedia project that was recognized by Pictures of the Year International and Best of Photojournalism. Noah was awarded an internship with The White House Photo Office and an assignment from The New York Times for his work at the 2007 Eddie Adams Workshop.

Celia Talbot Tobin

Celia was raised on a farm in upstate NY and began her studies as an art student before graduating from the University of Florida with a photojournalism degree. She has interned at The Post-Standard in Syracuse, NY and The Daily Herald in Provo, UT. Her time out of school has been spent freelancing abroad and domestically, and she is currently based in Brooklyn, NY.
